Thermal processing furnaces

These furnaces are ideal for thermal processing of small or bulky metallic parts in order to improve their workability through modification of their physical properties, like ductility and hardness. Our thermal processing furnaces are ideal for copper, steel and brass parts annealing, tempering and stress relief under controlled atmosphere. The furnace chamber is equipped with freely radiating wire resistances. This furnace exhibits high temperature accuracy and uniformity, as all four lateral sides of the chamber hold heating resistances. The furnace is equipped with wagon on rails for furnace loading and unloading.
Standard features:
- Maximum furnace working temperature 1100 °C
- Digital dual screen PID temperature controller
- Solid State Relay for silent operation
- Build-in gas supply system for inert, reductive and oxidizing atmosphere development in the heating chamber
- Customized heating chamber geometry
- Chimney for hot flue gas or smoke ventilation
Optional features:
- Programmable controller with two or more programs of 8 steps (ramp and soak) per program or totally 16 steps
- Digital programmable temperature controller with 10 recallable programs of 100 steps (ramp and soak) per program. Controller comes with USB port and can be connected with pc for process control through user-friendly graphic interface and documentation with supplied freeware
- Wagon on rails is supplied on request
Vertical electric multi-zones furnace

In this type of prototype furnace, free falling, granular materials are processed at high temperature for limited time. This type of furnace consists of a cylindrical heating chamber that is peripherally heated by a single to 10 heating zones, allowing the development of the desirable temperature profile along the working tube. Furnace heating elements are modular. The reactor chamber is made of special alloy that allows maximum working temperature up to 1250°C. The furnace head is equipped with custom-designed, air-lock system in order to allow raw material feeding and in parallel prevent hot off-gases leakage. Additionally, uniformly distributed orifices are placed on the furnace head for air injection into the heating chamber. The injected air can be preheated. The furnace control panel allows control of zones temperature, air flow rate, injected air temperature and raw material feeding rate.
Standard features:
- Independent digital dual screen PID temperature controller for temperature control of each heating zone
- Orifices for injecting air into the reactor
- Inverter power drive
- Raw material flow rate control
- Air flow rate control through analog system
- Furnace control panel
Optional features:
- Injected air or special gas preheater
Tunnel furnaces

These widespread furnaces are commonly used in production lines, when continuous products thermal processing is required. These furnaces can be electrically heated or gas fired and can be provided with free rollers or stainless steel grid conveyor.
Standard features:
- Working temperature up to 1000 °C
- Digital dual screen PID temperature controller
- Inverter speed control of conveyor belt
- Power and control panel
- Furnace overheating control system
Optional features:
- Multi-zones furnace where each heating zone is controlled independently
- Digital programmable temperature controller with 10 recallable programs of 100 steps (ramp and soak) per program. Controller comes with USB port and can be connected with pc for process control through user-friendly graphic interface and documentation with supplied freeware
- Furnace geometry is customable
- Various features can be fitted according to the process requirements

Aluminum-brass-zinc melting furnaces

This type of furnace is appropriate for metals melting and comes in two versions; standing and tilting. Furnace working temperature measurement is performed close to the crucible inside the furnace for better accuracy. Thermawatt furnaces can accommodate several sizes of crucibles, while crucible cover is side sliding. Alternatively the system comes with temperature sensor that is submersed in the molten metal bath for precise temperature measurement. Crucible and stand are not provided.
Standard features:
- Working temperature up to 1200 °C
- Digital dual screen PID temperature controller
- Aluminum melting furnaces provide 2 heating zones. The lower one is used to keep the molten metal hot during the idle time for minimizing energy consumption.
- Small tilting furnaces comes with a manual tilting mechanism, while bigger comes with hydraulic tilting system
- Electric panel for power control
Optional features:
- Overheating protection system
- Electronic timer for furnace operation control (start/stop)
- Submerging temperature sensor
Pottery furnace

This heavy duty, front loading furnaces are ideal for pottery, ceramics, porcelain and sculptures firing. The furnace heating chamber can be custom designed to satisfy the customer needs. If requested, the furnace can be provided with the ability of special atmosphere development through proper gas flow regulation system. Upon request, it comes with an exhaust vent system
Standard features:
- Single zone heating furnace with maximum working temperature 1100 °C
- Dual screen PID controller with two or more programs of 8 steps (ramp and soak) per program or totally 16 steps
- Electric panel for power and control
Optional features:
- Dual zone heating furnace with maximum working temperature 1100 °C
- Wagon on rail for heavy items loading and unloading
