Thermocouples, sensors and gas flow regulators

Thermawatt can supply temperature measurement equipment (thermocouple probes,  connectors, transition joint thermocouple probes, infrared sensor, bare wire thermocouple or just thermocouple wires) for various environments and temperature ranges. Thermawatt provides all gases digital or manual flow meters and flow regulators and also manufactures portable flow control panels.

Heating elements and controllers

At Thermawatt we handle all type of heating element repairs or replacements including resistant wires, silicon heaters, infrared radiators and graphite heating resistances. Furthermore, we supply, install and program all kind of temperature controller according to the user requirements. The units can be connected with computer devices for data logging and online control purposes.

Thermal insulation and crucibles

Continuous usage of furnaces causes inevitable deterioration to thermal insulation parts that directly affects process quality and furnace efficiency. Proper maintenance of furnace insulation can significantly extend the furnace lifetime. We undertake all works related to insulating parts repair and replacement for high temperature applications (up to 1800 °C). Thermawatt offers a wide range of various shaped crucibles and samplers for application temperature between 100 °C and 2600 °C. For special cases, we are able to supply custom machined parts (rods, tubes, sheets and other) from low-to-high purity alumina, zirconia and graphite for a wide range of temperature environments and special atmospheres.
